Medical Director Services
Karla Cabrera, FNP-C, offers Medical Director services for Registered Nurses in the state of Arizona. Unlike other medical directors, we do not charge separate fees for documents and other useful materials, and they are provided as the registered nurse expands her or his treatments menu. Our customized monthly fee includes access to any questions you may have from a board-certified experienced aesthetic injector, free shadowing opportunities, new patient forms, and treatment consents.

BELLA Medical Spa, through our Medical Director services, provides referrals for medical supply companies, invites to exclusive suppliers’ events and trainings, and bulk buying on products opportunities. Karla Cabrera has been to multiple advanced award-winning AZ and CA injectables trainings, which means she can respond or find the answers to the questions you will encounter in your journey as an aesthetic injector. Having a Medical Director who actively works in aesthetics and continues to inject means you and your patients can feel safe having an experienced person to turn to.

Private Training for Injectors
Karla Cabrera NP offers private training for both new certified injectors as well as experienced injectors who want to sharpen their skills and learn about new products. Trainings are performed at BELLA Med Spa Tempe, AZ for many of the services Karla offers including Botox, Dysport, Restylane, RHA (Teoxane), Versa, PDO threads, and more. Trainings are completely customizable; however, we do require that registered nurses have taken the minimum required classes mandated by their state board and carry their own insurance before attending our training.

Many newer injectors seek us out as they received the basic training on fillers for injecting lips and cheeks but now desire to try injecting chins, under eyes, and jawlines, for instance. If you are already an injector but feel you could use more training in a specific area, just ask us! All models and product are provided on the training day if that is your preference, so that you can focus on injecting. Specific trainings require trainees to get their own models as it is best for trainees to directly know the models and be able to track healed results. We carry Galderma, Revanesse, Allergan, and Teoxane (RHA) products as well as other products such as Hydra Needle Therapy. The injector being trained can discuss with Karla their preference of products requested for training.
We train on a variety of areas such as hands and buttocks, not just the face! Training prices are based on a half or full day. Pricing is $1,500 for a full day, total amount due upon booking required to secure the date via Zelle or an online invoice. Trainings usually must be booked at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to coordinate models.

Shadowing: $900/day

Hands-on: Must have own liability insurance and already have taken introductory filler and neuromodulators classes meeting Arizona nursing board requirements. If applicable, patients coordinated by our office receiving product at a discounted rate.

$5000-includes 2 half day hands on training days and 4 half days shadowing

Hands-on training pricing for nurses under medical directorship: $1250/day

Business Consulting
Topics tailored to business needs including:
